How do I order:We've designed our website to ensure finding and ordering gifts is easy. Each order can contain one or more gifts and be sent to one recipient's address. If you're buying two gifts for two recipients at two locations, you'll need to place two separate orders. If you have any queries at any time, please email [email protected].
Finding a Gift - there are several ways to find suitable gifts on this site:
Choose a relevant category - Roll your mouse over a category at the top of the page such as 'Christening' and click a suitable sub-category. For example, click one 'Christening & Naming day' and then click ' Christening Candles for Boys'; all suitable Christening Candles for boys will show. Click on a suitable candle for more information.
Use Quick Find - Alternatively, if you know what you're looking for, you can use the Search facility found at the top right of the home page: Type a keyword or product code into the Search textbox at the top of this page. For example, type in 'anniversary', click submit and all relevant gifts with the word 'Anniversary' will appear. Click on the gift for more information.
Selecting the Gift - Once you have chosen a suitable gift, please complete the personalisation boxes and click the 'Add to Cart' button. This will add the gift in your shopping cart. When the item is in your cart you can easily remove or change the quantity of the gift. You may now continue to shop for other gifts or proceed to ordering the gift.
Ordering your Gift
When you are ready to buy your gift(s), click the 'Checkout Now' link at the top right hand side of the page. If you are not logged on as a member you can now do so. Alternatively you may carry on and place your order as a 'Guest'
We will require the following details from you
Name and Billing address, with Eircode of the purchaser
Name and Address, with Eircode of the recipient.
Payment Information - Enter your credit card details in the secure Payment Information screen.
Confirmation - The confirmation screen allows you to do a final check of all order details that have been chosen such as the gift(s) and the delivery address. If you need to change any of these simply click 'Edit' to jump back to the relevant previous stage. When you are ready to place the order, click 'Confirm Order'.
Finished - That's it! The order has now been placed. You will automatically be emailed an order number and confirmation of the order details.
How can I pay? / What are the payment methods?
Credit/Debit Cards: VISA, MasterCard
Orders will be processed upon receipt of payment.
Can I cancel or return an unwanted gift?
As our gifts are personalised we do not offer a return/refund option as they are made to order specifically for the recipient.
Will my Recipient know the value of the gift(s) I am sending?
No, there is no confirmation of the order or receipt placed in the box for delivery.
Will my Recipient know who the gift(s) is from?
No, you can purchase a gift card along with your message on each product page when placing an order.
Shipping and Delivery
Where do GiftsZone.ie ship to?We ship to Ireland, Northern Ireland, and the UK.
What are the shipping rates?
These are available on the checkout page.
What shipping carrier will be used?
We use a selection of couriers such as DPD Couriers and Fastway Couriers
How long does shipping take?
We process all personalised orders within one working day, and the courier will deliver within one to two working days.
Can I specify on which day to deliver my gift?
Yes, you can request a certain delivery day for items dispatched from GiftsZone.ie. After completing your order, please email [email protected] along with your Order reference number with your requested date. Although we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates, we will try our very best to have your gift arrive on the requested day. Please remember that no deliveries take place on weekends or bank holidays.
Can I specify a delivery time during the day to deliver my gift?
No, unfortunately at present it is not possible to specify a delivery time during a specific day to deliver gifts. We use third-party nationwide couriers who deliver our gifts via hundreds of local drivers. If you believe your recipient or someone on their behalf may not be at home for delivery, perhaps you can specify a suitable work address.
Click and Collect

Ecommerce and Security
Are my credit card details secure?Yes, GiftsZone.ie uses Stripe Card Payment (Ireland's largest online payments Company) to process your credit card details during checkout in real-time. All data transmitted is encrypted via a secure server (SSL) and we do not store your card details. We use strong security measures to prevent the loss, misuse, and alteration of your other information once it is in our records.

I've forgotten my password - help!Passwords are not accessible via our customer service team, so if you have forgotten your password, simply go to the login page and click on the 'Password forgotten? 'Click here' link. You will need to enter your email address and will be automatically sent a new random password, which you can of course change as soon as you want to something more personal and memorable.
